This programme engages young people aged 16-24 who are NEET (not in education, employment and training) and provides tailored skills development training support towards progressing into education, employment and training. We can refer you to our partner network where you can benefit from improving your literacy, numeracy and vocational skills to achieve your career goals.

Eligibility

Young people who are:

• Aged 16-18 who are NEET
• Aged 19-24 who are unemployed but not claiming Job Seekers Allowance
• Unemployed for 6 months and over

8. Waltham Forest
9. Redbridge

Support provided

• Employment support (CV training, interview support, Job search & employer brokerage)
• ICT training
• Personal trainer training
• Construction (CSCS)
• Food and Hygiene

Access to Work experience and Job opportunity

We can arrange work placements to help boost your employability. We only work with reputable companies who offer a range of positions including work placements, and traineeships. Our advisors can also simplify your job search so that you only apply for the positions that are relevant to you. You will also benefit from some of our live job vacancies to get you in employment as quickly as possible, vacancies include full/part time positions and apprenticeships.
